Ever witness up close the athleticism of a falcon and the beauty of macaws in flight all in one beautiful San Diego day? We combine a falcon lure flight in this experience with the ability to watch what macaws do best: play! We will share a short hike of the San Diego chaparral to our falcon lure flight spot, where we will see a simulation of one of nature’s finest flight displays. Next, your expert bird training guide will provide the opportunity to put a glove on your hand, a bird on your fist, and have a look at the bird at eye level while learning basic falconry husbandry & handling techniques with our falcon.

Next, we break out the macaws and watch as they dive, swoop, and soar all around us. The parrots will meet us for an ocean view and a breeze to match. We get to take some pictures, interact with them and share some fun while taking in the rural countryside.

Each experience is interactive with our birds and includes a full aviary tour in which you get to learn about the farm, how agriculture and conservation can work together, and even hop a few birds on your hand and feed them.
