Katie Pnewski is animal trainer from Saint Paul, Minnesota. She discovered her passion for animals at a young age through volunteer programs at her local zoo and animal shelters. During those programs she became determined to play her role in conservation efforts and teaching the public about conservation. She obtained her bachelors degree in zoology at North Dakota State University, there she conducted research projects focusing on animal behavior. Her ability to adapt to different challenges, allowed her to move to different states to seek out more education through internships. Katie loves growing her understanding of animal behavior and training. With her spunk and positive attitude she continues to motivate friends and coworkers to pursue their dreams.
